Judith Hart-Killelea, President and Founder
Judith's medical administration background began when a colleague connected her with a radiologist who needed assistance with the financial side of his practice. In 1979, she decided to create her own path and formed Hart Associates. Over the course of the last 30 years, she has grown Hart Associates to a company of 100 employees and many satisfied clients. Judith is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and a past president and advisor to the Norfolk Golf Women's Association.
James Hart, Executive Vice President
Jim has been with Hart Associates for 15 years, all as the Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Hart, he worked in Fortune 500 companies with increasing job responsibilities along the way. His most recent position prior to Hart was that of Business Unit Controller at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Caroline Peucker, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-I – Vice President, Coding & Compliance
Caroline joined Hart Associates in 2000 as our Coding and Compliance Manager and was promoted in 2004 to her current position as Vice President. She has an extensive background in medical billing and compliance. She came to Hart from a broad, hospital-based physician population where she was integral to Coding and Compliance and Education and Training. Prior to that, Caroline spent many years in the medical billing field, where she has held numerous positions of increasing authority and responsibility. |
